Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with delivery taking 5–7 business days after shipment. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds:
Our Returns & Refund Policy governs all returns. You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.

Cancellations:
Order cancellations before shipment may be accommodated depending on processing status. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must be returned per our Returns & Refund Policy.
