Limited Warranty

CasaLathe stands behind the quality of our products and is committed to your satisfaction.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Claims:
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or non-functional, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us at info@casalathe.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or defect.

We will review your claim promptly and, if approved, provide one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement of the defective item at no charge
- Full refund to your original payment method
- Partial refund or store credit, depending on the nature of the issue

Product Defects:
If you discover a manufacturing defect or quality issue within 30 days of delivery, contact us at info@casalathe.com with details and photos. We will assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair instructions, or refund.

Warranty Exclusions:
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage occurring after delivery due to accidents or external factors
- Products altered or modified after purchase
- Items marked as "Final Sale"

Return Shipping for Warranty Claims:
For approved warranty claims involving defective or damaged items, we will cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.

Limitation of Liability:
This warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as described above. CasaLathe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product defects.
