Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change, and we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests when possible.

Before Shipment:
If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us immediately at info@casalathe.com or call +1 850-855-6891 during business hours. Include your order number and cancellation request.

We will attempt to cancel your order if it has not yet entered the shipping process. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun, as orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 6:00 PM Central Standard Time are processed the following business day.

If your cancellation is successful, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

After Shipment:
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order leaves our facility.

If you no longer want the order after it has shipped, you have two options:
1. Refuse delivery when the carrier attempts delivery. The package will be returned to us, and we will issue a refund once received.
2. Accept delivery and initiate a return within 30 days following our Returns & Refund Policy. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.

Refund Processing:
Approved cancellations or refused deliveries are refunded within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
