Shipping Questions:
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
A: Orders totaling $89.99 or more receive free standard shipping. Orders under $89.99 have a flat shipping fee of $8.00.
How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After shipment, delivery takes 5–7 business days. Orders placed after 6:00 PM Central Standard Time are processed the next business day.
Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins. Contact us immediately at info@casalathe.com if you need to update your address.
Returns & Refunds Questions:
What is your return policy?
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.
Q: Are original shipping fees refundable?
A: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item shipped).
What items cannot be returned?
Items marked as "Final Sale" or custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective or shipped in error.

Cancellation requests before shipment may be accommodated depending on order status. Contact us immediately at info@casalathe.com. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must be returned.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@casalathe.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or resolution at no cost to you.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours at info@casalathe.com with details and photos. We will send the correct item at no additional charge.
