Returns & Refund Policy

Return Window:
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be initiated within this timeframe to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Free from damage, stains, or alterations

Non-Returnable Items:
Items marked as "Final Sale" or custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective or shipped in error.

How to Initiate a Return:
Contact our customer service team at info@casalathe.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Return Shipping Costs:
- Standard returns (change of mind, sizing, preference): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label

Original Shipping Fees:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item shipped).

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@casalathe.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution at no cost to you.

Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit.

Restocking Fees:
We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
